Home >Franchise Co-ordinator Job Decription Admin role • Process Franchise applications, working closely with our CRM team to facilitate all communication between applicant and TMC. • Divide franchise areas and work with Directors to produce ongoing costing strategy. • Interview first round of applications filtering applications before Directors interviews. • Set up successful Franchisees with all TMC materials and information. • Co-ordinate current Franchisee’s communication and facilitate resale on contract renewal. The candidate must: • Enjoy admin. • Must have great IT skills, advance in Microsoft Excel • Project management skills use their initiative to bring on new ideas and processes. • Be an excellent communicator both verbally and written with the ability to sell. • Have initiative and enthusiasm for working for a new business with an ambition to grow.
