We are a nationwide community that puts mums first, with a growing franchise network of local clubs that create meetups for women to connect, laugh, and build supportive relationships.

Job Overview:

The Mum Club is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Franchise contract co-ordinator to oversee contract management within our franchise network. In this role, you will ensure that all contracts are managed efficiently and that our franchisees remain compliant with The Mum Club’s standards. This is a key role in maintaining the integrity and growth of our franchise model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the contractual agreements within the franchise network, ensuring terms are met and compliance is maintained.

• Draft, review, and renew franchise contracts, ensuring all documentation is up to date and legally sound.

• Coordinate with off site legal team to ensure franchisees meet their obligations under the contracts.

• Handle any contractual disputes or issues, providing clear and structured resolutions.

• Ensure franchisees understand their contractual obligations and work with the Franchise Coordinator to ensure smooth operations.

• Liaise with franchisees on renewals, terminations, sales and any changes to the terms of their contracts.

Qualifications:

• Experience in contract management or similar roles.

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Ability to interpret and negotiate contractual terms.

• Excellent communication skills to maintain strong relationships with franchisees.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
