Brand Partnerships Manager.

We are looking for an experienced Brand Partnerships Manager who is ready to join The Mum Club team to bring in new business as well as maintain and develop existing partnerships. We take great value in the brands that we align ourselves with and a key understanding of our brand values and The Mum Club mission is vital to this roles success. We receive a high volume of partnerships enquiries, but this role would need someone who has the experience and an understanding of how to outreach for new business opportunities too.

The job would also include line management responsibilities where you will manage and mentor a more junior member of the team. • Identify, prioritise and secure new business partnership opportunities.

• Grow and develop existing relationships.

• Create compelling sales propositions supported by data.

• Liaise with the team and franchise on structuring and executing work.

• Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales and services.

• Understanding of the value of the brand offering.

The candidate must:

• Have a minimum of 3 years Experience in similar role.

• Experience with social media, mobile apps and digital marketing.

• Be passionate about sales.

• Be creative, outside the box thinker and strategist.

• Work well with a team.

• Be confident with Zoom and basic tech skills.

• Great project management skills and use their initiative to bring on new ideas and brands.

• Be an excellent communicator and presentation skills both verbally and written with the ability to sell.

• Have initiative and enthusiasm for working for a new business with an ambition to grow.

• 4 – 5 days a week.
