Set in the stunning Rye Park, join us for a taster fitness session for Mums!
Come pregnant, post partum or with a mini. The Mum Club South Bucks welcomes any age or stage of motherhood.
Run by Personal Trainer Lindsay, who will take us through a 45 minute session covering strength and cardio finishing with coffee and treats for us Mums.
What will my ticket include?
*45 minute work out session from qualified Personal Trainer specialising in Mum classes. Lindsay is a fully qualified pre and post natal instructor so the class will be suitable for all stages of pregnancy and post natal (following doctor sign off).
*A TMC goodie bag
*Choice of drink (pre-order) and a selection of post work out snacks
*A chance to workout without any pressure to find childcare
*A chance to meet like minded women who happen to have children
*An hour of time where YOU are the priority
**Please note** This is an outdoor activity. Should the weather not be favourable, it will be rescheduled to Wednesday, 17th May**
If you are joining us postpartum, please ensure you have received your 6-weeks sign off from your doctor to say you can exercise.
