Mummas! Who\'s excited for June coffee club? I know I am! This is such an insightful one and I know will be really useful for anyone who is planning on moving house and how to prepare on the educational side for the children too. A lot to consider as we all know! We\'re so excited to welcome Emily founder of Mortar and Mortar! Emily will be joining us for our upcoming coffee club. She will be talking to us and answering your questions about anything property or education related. She is also a mumma of 4 and nearly 1, so plenty of experience in the motherhood field too :) From what to watch out for during a house viewing, how to place an offer and get it accepted, to what you really need to ask on a school open day, come and join us for this exciting event. A little bit more about Emily & Mortar and Mortar: Looking to move house? Or starting to think about schooling for your child? Whether you are searching for the \'right fit\' school or looking for your dream home, Mortar & Mortar acts as a trusted partner, advocating on your behalf and advising you every step of the way. They work with clients to source and purchase property and advise on independent schooling and help to secure a place for your child. Mortar & Mortar was started by husband and wife team, Emily and Jonathan Harris who are kept busy forming great client relationships, built on trust, expertise and a sense of fun. Emily has over ten years experience working in independent school Admissions at both Senior Leadership and Executive level. She has supported families from all over the world, giving her the advantage of understanding a wide range of education systems. During her time as Director of Admissions, Emily has interviewed and offered places to hundreds of pupils and understands with sensitivity, what schools and families are looking for, and can offer our clients many personal contacts to aid the admissions process. Jonathan\'s extensive experience in the property industry, working alongside thousands of estate agents as clients to his former property software business, means he is incredibly well connected and knowledgable about the nuances and negotiating tactics within the industry. Data is his thing and combined with his insider knowledge of the property industry, he is an absolute expert on pricing and negotiation. The couple have experience in property renovation and have sold various properties after making improvements. Both are budding interior designers and can see scope in properties for sale, but also appreciate great taste and quality. Sounds fab doesn\'t it?
