June’s Coffee Club takes us to the fabulous Gilmartins Bakery in Stewarton. Join us for some fab coffee, cakes and and a good old blether! We will have the lovely Gillian O’Kane with us to talk all things pelvic health. Gillian is a pelvic health physiotherapist and Pilates instructor who treats woman during pregnancy and postnatally and beyond! She will be will be around to chat to us about what services she offers and speak to you all if you have any specific questions about your health. Tickets are £18 and will include 2 hot drinks (or cold drink alternative), a little sweet treat from the bakery and the classic TMC Goodie bag! Look forward to seeing you all there!
