It’s Coffee Club ‘The Weaning’ edit.

Introducing solid food to your baby is an exciting and fun time for you both, but if you are anything like me you may also have 1000 questions! I’m pleased to say that we will be joined by Shannon of Best Start Nutrition.

Shannon is a Specialist Paediatric Dietitian - she’s a dedicated advocate for children\'s well-being, with a wealth of experience and knowledge in her field. Her unique expertise lies in: allergy introduction and management, fussy eating and weaning.

Allergy Management: With a deep understanding of childhood allergies, Shannon empowers parents with practical strategies to ensure their child's nutrition remains allergen-free, safe, and nourishing.

Fussy Eating Solutions: She understands the daily battles of feeding picky eaters. Shannon specialises in transforming mealtime struggles into enjoyable adventures, helping children explore new flavours while maintaining balanced diets.

Weaning: Weaning can be a scary and anxious time, but it can also be a time to help your child develop a lifelong healthy relationship with food. Shannon specialises in helping parents introduce foods and let their little ones explore their new taste journey.

Come with bump, baby or toddler, with friends or alone - Everyone is welcome!

Come for the weaning advice or just the hot drinks and pastries. Either way you can sit with us!

Your £17.00 ticket will include:

We will be snapping away and taking photos, please let me know when you arrive if you would prefer not to have your photo taken.

Pram space is limited so if it’s possible to leave in at home/in car that would be appreciated but we know this isn’t always possible and that is ok.
