We are delighted to host our first Mum and Baby Yoga class with the wonderful Sarah from Balanced Mamas! We will begin with a beautifully relaxed baby massage sequence before moving into some gentle yoga for the mamas. Starting with some breath work and moving on to a little pelvic floor work and gentle stretches. This will take around 45 mins before we move into a Q&A session with smoothies and light snacks so we can all chat, ask questions and enjoy each other's company - after all that is what The Mum Club is all about!! This class is for mums and babies up to 9 months / non crawlers to allow you to enjoy the class and focus on YOU! Suitable from 6-8 weeks from a natural birth and have had a postnatal check. From assisted birth (forceps/ventouse) 8 weeks and Caesarean Section 10-12 weeks. Your ticket includes: - A lovely class from Sarah, with support from her as needed, this class is for all abilities - Refreshments post workout - Chance to meet other like minded mamas! Please note yoga mats will be provided but please feel free to bring along if you would prefer, as well as a blanket to lie baby on the mat. Please wear clothes that you are able to move freely in.
