I love our Expecting Mums events, they make for such a lovely, calm and relaxing afternoon. Having had a baby in lockdown, these events are close to my heart. They are purely about providing a space for any expecting mother who may be looking to build a local support network or just looking to spend an afternoon with like minded women. These events are designed for any expecting mother, whether this is your first or fifth pregnancy. If you are expecting and have little ones, they are more than welcome to join you, there will be high chairs available and the venue is accessible for prams. We will at Blenz Cafe in Whitnash, Leamington Spa. We will have our own exclusive use of a big space so you can get comfortable!

What your ticket includes:
- Two delicious hot or cold drinks of your choice including smoothies, fresh juices, coffees etc. (dairy free and decaf options are available)
-A pastry/cake or a savoury toastie of your choice - these are all freshly baked and absolutely delicious!
- Most importantly you will be able to meet amazing like minded women in your local area who are also expecting!

Our Guest Speaker: Jen Culley Doula. One of the most hired Doula's in Warwickshire, Jen is a birth and postnatal doula with extensive experience in providing support post partum. She is a local practitioner who wants her clients to feel cared for, and on-one-one support is at the core of the care she offers. Whether you want support when prepping for your new arrival, during birth or once your baby arrives (or all of the above!), she is on your team providing continuity of care. Jen is also qualified to support with support with breastfeeding and provides services such as placenta encapsulation.

Guest Speaker : Latch Perfect – Anna Branch is a registered midwife with extensive experience within all areas of the NHS. She has mostly worked as a community midwife providing antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care to women and families of Worcestershire and Warwickshire. ​Anna is currently an infant feeding Midwife and completed her training as a tongue-tie specialist providing tongue tie assessments and divisions within NHS clinics. She wants to ensure that all parents receive timely infant feeding support and appropriate Tongue-tie assessments by a qualified practitioner .

To support you no matter where your feeding journey takes you, we will be holding a round table discussion led by you. Come armed with any questions or queries you may have around breastfeeding, formula feeding, bottle feeding, latches and tongue tie diagnosis and support.
