I love our Expecting Mums events, they make for a lovely, calm and relaxing afternoon. Having had a baby in lockdown, these events are close to my heart. They are purely about providing a space for an expecting mother who may be looking to build a local support network or just looking to spend an afternoon with like minded women. These events are designed for any expecting mother, whether this is your first or fifth pregnancy. If you are expecting and have little ones, they are more than welcome to join you. There will be high chairs available and the venue is accessible for prams. We will have exclusive use of the space so you can get comfortable!

What your ticket includes:
- Two delicious hot or cold drinks of your choice including smoothies, fresh juices, coffees etc. (dairy free and decaf options are available)
-A pastry/cake or a savoury toastie of your choice - these are all freshly baked and absolutely delicious!
- Most importantly you will be able to meet amazing like minded women in your local area who are also expecting!

Our Guest Speaker: Humanity Warwick is a physiotherapy clinic based at Hatton World in Warwick. A fantastic local centre of excellence specialising in physiotherapy and pilates,
Guest Speaker Emily will be joining us to talk about your physical journey through pregnancy and beyond. She will focus on the wonders services such as "Mummy MOTs" and post partum pelvic health reviews and support offer.
Guest Speaker: The Parental Mindset was set up by Annie Humphries with the mission to support new and veteran mothers who are going through postpartum recovery. She authored the Maternal Mindset Journal, a fantastic resource for all mums navigating the first two years of their postpartum recovery. Emily & Annie will be holding a short round table discussion led by you. Come armed with any questions or queries you may have about your physical health and what tools you could implement to support yourself post partum. There is no pressure to take part if you do not wish to and the discussions can be as long or as short as you may like. Our guest speakers are more than happy to chat to you on a 1-2-1 basis if you prefer.
