Join us for a Self Care isn't Selfish: A Masterclass for Mums Coffee Club with the wonderful @helly_thevillagecoach. Helly will do a short session on self care for mums. Including offering some coaching prompts for you mums to try there/ take away with you. She will also be on hand to answer any questions you may have.

Self-care is essential for us mums because it allows us to recharge and maintain our physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

l’ll be hosting at the beautiful The little Gem, Royal Basset down. which is the perfect place for coffee & catchups.

This event will provide a more intimate setting and smaller crowd than our usual brunches; it’s perfect for mums of school age children too who need to get out and have some them time.

Your £17 ticket to the event includes:

I will be snapping away and taking photos, please let me know when you arrive if you would prefer not to have your photo taken.

**There will be VERY limited room for buggies so if you able to come with baby in a sling that would be hugely appreciated.

Parking is free on the high street for maximum of Two hours but there are payable parking available at borough fields near Sainburys and Wood street which are very short walks to The little Gem.
