Join us for a special TMC fitness class in The Beehive at Hogmoor Inclosure. A chance to do some gentle exercise and stretching, followed by hot drinks, snacks and conversation with likeminded mums.

Tickets are £22.50 and include:

* A warm welcome from your host
* A 45 minute mum and baby fitness class with Sweaty Mama East Hampshire incorporating a variety of gentle exercises, stretching and relaxing
* A chance to refuel, chat and socialise after the class with fellow mums
* A delicious snack box
* Two hot or cold drinks
