The Mum Club have partnered up with Regatta Outdoors to bring you this Walking Club event because no mum should ever walk alone.
Fresh air and a good conversation do wonders for your mental health. But let's be honest, being a mother sometimes means we don’t prioritize our mental wellbeing and on top of this you may be feeling all the emotions of empty nest syndrome now that your littles ones have gone back to school - I am lucky enough that I have not felt this yet as Freddie is still only a baby! (Please stay that way!)
We all joke that we can’t wait for the kids to go back to school but when they do it feels so quiet, so lonely. At The Mum Club we don’t want any mother to feel lonely, and that you don't ever have to walk alone, so why not give yourself that time you so deservingly need with a group of local mums for a good chat, fresh air and coffee! This walk is aimed at babies in arms or toddlers in prams so you can really get to enjoy yourself, your coffee and find some mums mates.
You never have to walk alone, so please join us for a refreshing walk, talk and hot drink.

As you all know, avoiding the rain at this time of year is a nightmare, we will try to go ahead whatever the weather, so please be prepared to dig out those wellies, waterproofs and pram covers!

Location: We will meet at Ribizli Café, 53 St Mary’s Street, OX10 0ER for 10am where we will pick up our coffees, then we will head for a walk down the river, round Wallingford Castle Meadows and end up back in the centre of town.

Date: 29th September 2022

Parking: The best car parks are either the Riverside Car park, which is located off The Street, postcode OX108EB, or the Thames Street Car Park, OX10 OHD as we will be finishing our walk by the river. However, all car parks are within walking distance.

A photographer will be around to snap pictures, if you would prefer not then just let them know at the start of the event.
