Come and join us for The Mum Club Northampton’s first Coffee Club!

The Mum Club Northampton Coffee Club - The Yoga Edit, is an intimate coffee morning with local mums.

We will be joined by a fabulous yoga instructor, Gemma Brown. Gemma qualified as a yoga teacher over 2 years ago and works across the virgin active gyms. She is passionate about helping people carve out time for themselves, leaving them feeling stronger, mentally resilient and so they feel at home in their own bodies.
Gemma will also be offering a free taster glass online or in person to anyone interested in trying out a yoga class.

During the 2 hour event you\'ll be able to meet local, likeminded Mums, enjoy a much needed coffee & cake, with Gemma giving a small talk about her yoga practise and bringing that calm to you too.

A photographer will be around (as well as me) to snap pictures, if you would prefer your picture not to be taken, please just let me know at the start of the event. Images may be used for promotional purposes.

All mums, mums-to-be, bumps, babies and toddlers welcome.

No.68 Coffee House is a small venue, so where possible please park buggies outside the coffee shop, or leave in the car.
