A fitness class like no other!
After the amazing response from our first class, we’ve put some more in the diary.
This will be an intimate class based flow session where you are able to ask questions and will leave with knowledge on how to safely practise pilates at home in order to support your body through pregnancy.
Pippa, our pilates instructor, has a lot of expertise and knowledge in pregnancy and post natal and the various changes and stresses our bodies go through.
This class has limited spaces to ensure she can tailor the class to each individual.
After the class there will be coffee and refreshments, and a chance to chat to other like minded mums to be.
Come along, condition your incredible body, mind and soul, whilst making friends and building your village.

Things to note - This class is for mums to be in their second or third trimester.
We will be running a Mum & Baby Class in the near future.
