Hi mummas, I’m super excited to announce TMC Merton’s first ever fitness class!

Hosting the class will be the gorgeous Gen, The Barre Coach, who you may have seen at our brunches with her little one. Sweaty Betty in Wimbledon Village will also be gifting our mummas a little something to take home!

Bringing a side of Barre to your brunch you can expect a core rehab-focused class infused with classic Barre sequences, lead by pre and postnatal corrective exercise specialist and online Barre fitness platform owner Gen Greensted (thebarrecoach.com).

Gen’s classes are all about teaching you how to get incredible core and pelvic floor function to support your postnatal recovery and get you moving in a way that feels fab after welcoming your little one. She champions fun and engaging workouts to make finding a consistent place with your fitness routine as easy as possible. This will be a mat-based class and suitable for new mummas whose babies aren’t yet crawling to make sure you can make the most of the session. (Suitable for those who have had the all clear from the 6-week postpartum check up)
