Mummas, Who’s excited for March Coffee Club? I know I am! This is SUCH an important topic for all mummas, because let\'s face it, we all LOVE sleep!

This is also an important coffee club, as The Rushmere pub and TMC have team up to donate a contribution from the ticket sales to Macmillan Charity.

We\'re so excited to announce that we will be joined by Lucy, founder of Wonderbump. Lucy will be discussing all sleep support topics and themes from newborn up to 4 years.

Common themes include; nap transitions, how to reduce night time waking, how to reduce night feeds, bedtime routines, nap routines, organising infant before going back to work.

Instead of giving a group talk, Lucy will offer individualised conversations with women that are keen for discussion about their personal situation. Lucy will navigate from table to table.

About Wonderbump:

Hi, I’m Lucy and I am the founder of Wonderbump. A business driven by a passion to educate, empower and elevate parents from bump, to baby, to bedtime.

After almost a decade as a midwife and now a mother to a 3 year old bundle of chaos, I saw the imperative need for evidence based, substantive follow on support and guidance surrounding what to expect at each and and stage of these early years. This is what I have created, and what Wonderbump provides.

I develop individualised packages of care along with easy to follow frameworks to help families adapt and thrive, from private midwife support and baby massage, to infant sleep support up to 4 years of age.

Your ticket includes:

-1 pastry or gluten free yoghurt/granola
