We are super excited to be bringing you the TMC Waverley Coffee Club with Sunday Times Best Selling author, psychotherapist and mother, Anna Mathur.
Join us for coffee and cake and have the opportunity to not only meet some other mums but also meet Anna, listen to her thoughts on anxiety in motherhood and ways to help, including the things Anna wishes she knew about the fourth trimester! We will then host a Q&A session where you can ask Anna your questions, don\'t worry you can send questions in advance if you\'d rather stay anonymous. Anna regularly features in titles including The Telegraph, The Independent, Grazia, Marie Claire, The Sun, Closer, Stylist, Mother and Baby and shows such as GMB, Sky News, Steph’s Packed Lunch and Katie Piper’s Breakfast Show. She has also recently appeared on coveted podcasts from Dirty Mother Pukka, Emma Gannon and Deliciously Ella. You really don\'t want to miss this!

Come with your baby or toddler, with friends or alone - everyone is welcome! There will be yummy cake, hot drinks and a room brimming with other amazing, like-minded women who just so happen to have children.
