Come and join us for our TMC Cambridge Coffee Club: The Self Care edit

Join us for this intimate morning with local mums where we will be joined by Tuesday from Happy Hypno to talk all things self care for new mums. During the 2 hour event you'll be able to meet local, likeminded Mums, enjoy those much needed coffees and delicious pastries, but most importantly, get the opportunity to speak with Tuesday about those thoughts and aggravations niggling away at you and how we can change our mindset to get out the other side...

You're in the thick of it... bleary-eyed and wondering....

>whether you might actually die from sleep deprivations
>how you're possibly going to get through the day ahead
>how you could have taken washing your hair for granted for all of those years
>how your life could be so different to what it once as when your partner's isn't

As new mothers in the thick of all of the above, we're told to up our self-care.. have a nice bath, do a face pack, breathe deeply, and there are benefits to these acts BUT what if we found a way to move through these thoughts? Sit in the heat of our feelings? The anger, resentment, burning rage or disappointment. Tuesday will talk about ways and the tools to get us to connect with our feelings and reframe them to change the way we move through difficult feelings and experiences.

All mums, mums-to-be, bumps and babies welcome, unfortunately due to the venue we can't welcome toddlers to this event.

To get to the Courtyard Cafe you need to enter through the main entrance of the Fitzwilliam Museum and head up to the first floor. There are lifts in the building.
