Join us for The Mum Club Cotswolds Picnic Club - The Nutrition & Nourishment Edit. Where we will also be joined by Jess aka Flourish Healthy Living. Whatever your goals, Jess will work with your individual needs to ensure you are able to build and maintain healthy, sustainable habits to look and feel your very best. Extensive experience and training allow her to guide you.

The way in which we fuel our bodies has a ripple effect on our overall sense of well-being. Jess works with clients from a variety of backgrounds, ages and needs to help implement sustainable changes to improve the quality of their lives. Jess is a Certified nutrition holistic health coach and nutrition and lifestyle and advisor with the NHS, mother of 2 beautiful boys and US expat living in the Cotswolds. She believes we are all worthy of feeling amazing, and living full, happy, energetic and vibrant lives.

Come with bump, baby or toddler, with friends or alone - Everyone is welcome! Come for the advice or just the chance to picnic with like minded women, who are also navigating motherhood. Either way there will be hot drinks, delicious picnic boxes provided by Luxe Cirencester and the chance to connect with other like-minded women who happen to have children.

Your £18.50 ticket will include:
- 1 x hot/cold drinks
- 1 x picnic box provided by Luxe Cirencester (please inform us of any dietary requirements at the time of booking)
- TMC merchandise
- The chance to speak to our experts; and
- The chance to meet some brilliant like minded mum mates.

Ample parking is close by and there is level access all around the park. We will be meeting at Luxe to collect our picnic boxes and drinks before taking the short walk to the Abbey Grounds. I will have a couple of picnic blankets with me, but please do bring your own. Toddlers more than welcome but they will remain your responsibility.
