TMC Hale hosts Wellness Wednesday at Trafford Palazzo.

Join us on Wednesday 12th July for a never been done before, a one of a kind “All Out!” TMCHale Event!

TMCHale will be taking you on a 2 hour mini wellness retreat as we fill your tummies with nutrition delicious foods and fresh juices, equip you with the mindset to take on the world, share knowledge from incredible specialists to help guide you in your motherhood journey and offer small taster sessions with local wellness companies for you to truly get a feel for what classes are out there. We will house under one roof all the help you could ever need to ensure your cup is always full with energy, love and joy!
