Join us for The Mum Club Tunbridge Wells Picnic Club - The Postnatal Wellness Edit.

Come with bump, baby or toddler, with friends or alone - Everyone is welcome! Come for the chance to picnic with like minded women, who are also navigating motherhood. There will be drinks, delicious picnic boxes and the chance to connect with other like-minded women who happen to have children.

Are you looking for ways to entertain your little ones over the holidays? This one is perfect for kids of all ages, so don\'t miss out!

We will be joined by some fabulous ladies who work in postnatal care:

-Anne and Karen of @birth_connect. They are both passionate about the physical, emotional and mental wellbeing of people during pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period, with their main focus being on the postnatal. Both are trained midwifes and Anne is birth trauma therapy trained. They will be on hand to chat, weigh babies, offer advice and signpost to support.
-And Emma of @emmajefferypt. Emma is a postnatal coach helping mums build strength, move well and manage pelvic health. Her aim is to help as many women as possible to understand their postnatal bodies better. Emma will be available to chat through any concerns you might have, advice on next steps and encourage through movement.


Your ticket will include:
- 1 x drink
- 1 x picnic box (please inform us of any dietary requirements at the time of booking)

- Access to our experts in postnatal care.
- The chance to meet some brilliant like minded mum mates.

We will have a photographer with us capturing all the morning. Please let us know when you arrive if you would not like to be photographed.

Ample parking is close by and there is level access all around the park. I will have a couple of picnic blankets with me, but please do bring your own. Toddlers more than welcome but they will remain your responsibility.
