Pelvic Floor and Core Masterclass I’m super excited to announce TMC Cambridge's first Fitness Club with the wonderful Nikki from OptiMum. Join us at Nikkis private studio for a nourishing morning to learn about pelvic floor and core postnatally. A short talk followed by some movement work to help you feel connected to your body. A space to feel supported and ask any questions. We will enjoy a refreshment and snack post workout to chat and enjoy meeting some like minded women. This will be an intimate class size and will be for mums only due to space restrictions - so take a well earned break from the childcare and spend some time on you! Nikki's mission is all about supporting women to become the best version of themselves. Helping women find strength on their journey throughout motherhood and beyond. You must be 6 weeks post partum from a vaginal birth and been cleared to exercise by your GP or a womens health physio, if you have had a c-section please ensure you are 12 weeks post partum before you attend this class. Your ticket includes: - A lovely class from Nikki, with support from her as needed all focussing on pelvic floor and core strength - Refreshments post workout - Chance to meet other like minded mamas! Please note yoga mats will be provided but please feel free to bring along if you would prefer. Please wear clothes that you are able to move freely in.
