We all know how important it is for our mental health to get out the house and get some fresh air, whether it's for a walk (buggy in tow) or a quick jog, it can do wonders for your mind.

Come and join The Mum Club South Essex and soak up the last of the September sunshine (fingers crossed) with a stroll and a chat along the beachfront with other local mums.

Your £9 ticket includes:

- A hot drink of your choice
- A pastry
- The chance to meet like-minded women and enjoy a refreshing walk together!

Location: We will meet outside Saltwater Beach Cafe where we will pick up our coffees and take a stroll along Chalkwell beach front (towards Southend). We will walk as far as The Beach Hut in Westcliff and then head back to Saltwater Cafe where there is seating inside and outside if you want to stick around and have a chat.

Date: Friday 29th September, 10-11.30am

Parking: There is plenty of paid parking in the car park along Chalkwell Esplanade near to Saltwater Beach Cafe.

A photographer may be around to snap pictures, if you would prefer not to have your picture taken, then just let them know at the start of the event.

Please note, you will be contacted before the event for your coffee pre-order.
