Join us for our first TMC Westminster Fitness Club where we try out Mum and Baby Yoga. This is a very special event with very limited tickets due to space. Depending on demand we will make it a regular event. Join us at b_together for a morning of mind and body relaxation, stretching and connection with your baby and a chance to look after your mental health. Baby Yoga uses gentle stretches and movements for parents to do with their baby. Baby Yoga incorporates over clothes massage, breathing techniques, stretching. The movements are based on traditional adult yoga practice, so carers benefit from not only the connection and time supporting their baby\'s development, but will also join in the yoga practice This will include gentle moves to help support your return to exercise postpartum, breath-work, core stability and pelvic floor health. We welcome babies 4-12 months and their carers to join us for this class. Tickets also include a healthy smoothie as a post work out treat Mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
