The Mum Club Tandridge Coffee Club - The Pelvic Heath Edit

For our next Coffee Club we will be heading to Blossoms Brunch in Godstone where we will be joined by author, podcaster and expert Pelvic Health Physiotherapist Emma Brockwell!

Emma will sharing her expertise as a Women's Health Physio as well as her passion for protecting, healing and nurturing women's bodies through motherhood.

In her clinic in Limpsfield Emma provides in-depth postnatal assessment that assesses the strength, activation, and function of the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles following childbirth.

"Most women, after having had a baby, may experience a weakness in either the tummy or pelvic floor area which can create instability and affect core strength. The result may be altered transfer load, back pain, pelvic pain, and bladder and bowel issues."

All these issues are completely manageable with the right exercises and that's why we're so excited to have an expert in her field join us and offer her help and guidance!

There will be yummy cakes, hot drinks and a room brimming with other amazing, like-minded women who just so happen to have children.

Your ticket will include:
- 2 x hot drinks of your choice
- A choice of delicious homemade cakes
- A small play area to keep the mini attendees entertained
-The chance to meet some brilliant like minded mum mates!

Parking is available at the Godstone Green carpark for 3 hours, or there is a small car park behind Coughlans, just off the High Street. Some street parking is also available.

We will have a professional photographer on the day taking some lovely shots of the event; if you would prefer for your picture not to be taken, please just let myself or the photographer know. 


Please be aware there is limited space for buggies inside, so please avoid bringing them if at all possible.
