Join us for another TMC Fitness Club!! We are teaming up with WEDOYOGA again to bring you an exclusive, beginner friendly, hot yoga session.

The class will focus on restoring the mind and body with calming balance and flexibility asanas. Think of this class like a moving meditative practice to help you relieve stress and anxiety, and set you up for rest and relaxation – just what mums need.

With their state-of-the-art FAR Infrared Heading System, you will experience a gentle heat as you move through the yoga class. Infrared heaters do not emit UV rays like the sun, they do provide the same comfortable, sun-like warmth. So it will feel like you are laying on the beach in Ibiza in the studio. The heat will help create a detoxifying sweat that increases flexibility and stimulates blood circulation.

Your ticket will include
- A 1 hour warm gentle yoga session, exclusive to TMC North Hertfordshire
- A juice shot and herbal tea after the session
- A chat and mingle post class with other lovely like-minded mamas
- An exclusive opportunity to shop after hours at the WEDOYOU shop, which sells a range of clothing, incense and essential oils and more.

Here are few details you need to know before you attend the class:
-Please ensure you have been given approval by your GP at your 6 week postnatal check and are deemed safe to exercise or that you are a minimum of 8 weeks post-partum after a c-section.
-Everyone taking part will need to sign up to WEDOYOGO and complete a health questionnaire before the class (a link will be emailed to you).
-Unfortunately, those who are pregnant are not able to take part.
-Mats and equipment will be provided.
-Please wear clothes that you are able to move freely in.
-The class is best practiced in bare feet or wearing grippy socks.
-Please bring plenty of water with you.

Give yourself a few hours off mum duties and come and spend some time focused on you!
