Our classic Brunch Club is back!

April Brunch is at a new venue, Copacabana Cafe in Leamington Spa. A gorgeous new venue in the town centre with easy access for prams and nearby parking! We will have exclusive use of the space so we will have lots of free area to mingle and for mini brunchers to play.

Take a morning for yourself to enjoy a hot meal. Warming drinks or refreshing smoothies. All while meeting like minded women in your local area who just get it!

Our Guest Speaker for this event will be Leamington Spa based Mari Carmen Fitness.

Mari Carmen Fitness a fantastic local coach for women and an expert in pre and postnatal health, nutrition and fitness will be joining us for our event. With a background in paediatric nursing, whilst on maternity leave with her first son Mari-Carmen decided to train as a specialist health and fitness coach for women. She experienced first-hand the inconsistencies when it came to working out pregnant and postnatal. This was over 6 years ago, and since then she has completed many courses to develop her knowledge of pre and postnatal health and fitness. In 2023 she launched her app FIT MAMA Powered By Mari Carmen Fitness, not just another fitness app. She felt there was a gap in the market for mums, there are so many fitness apps out there but nothing specifically for mums with everything in one place to support the motherhood journey and beyond.

Fit mama and baby classes are suitable for all abilities. She runs two classes, one which is rehab focusing on the core and pelvic floor ( a perfect start to returning to exercise safely) and a mum's circuits class which is suitable for those looking for more of a challenge.
