After such overwhelmingly positive feedback from our debut Reformer Pilates Fitness Club event we decided to host another! We are back with the fabulous Form and Flow Pilates based in the very centre of Stratford-Upon-Avon town! The reformer is a specialist piece of Pilates apparatus that is growing in popularity. The reformer gives each student a full body workout and incredible stretch. The reformer can help provide feedback on muscle imbalances and ensure correct alignment. This versatile piece of kit helps anyone from athletes wanting to fine tune their strength and mobility, clients who are just starting out or perhaps recovering from injury along with clients who just want a really really great workout. It might seem a little alien at first but we promise you it’s a workout like no other and like us you will shortly become addicted!

- 25 minute Reformer Pilates taster session
- Group guided meditation to bring the session to a calming close

This is a Mum Only event and you must be 3 months Post Partum to attend. Come and join the fun - this is going to be an event like no other!
