After the popularity of events for the Expecting Mums in our community, TMC Leamington Spa is expanding to include something a little different! Join us for a morning of relaxing and comforting Pregnancy Yoga at the Brixton Yoga Studio in Leamington Spa. Our instructor, Maria Eduarda who is qualified in pre and post natal Yoga will be leading the session. Maria is a highly qualified fitness instructor, based in Leamington, with a passion for supporting and empowering women through their pregnancy and recovery post partum Having held events with Maria before, I know you will love this class and leave feeling relaxed and with tools to feel that little bit stronger. Following our class we will be heading upstairs to The Kitchen. A newly opened on site cafe run by an award winning Chef from London who has recently moved to Leamington after winning multiple awards for his vegan cuisine in Coventry. A time to be sociable, get to know each other a lot more and form that wonderful local support network.

Your Ticket will include:
-45 minute yoga session with Maria Eduarda
-Plated lunch of your choice - the event menu will be sent with sufficient time for you to select your meal of choice
-A choice of a hot/cold drink
-Professional photography of you in your element
-MOST importantly - meeting and forming that wonderful local support network.
