Join me for a fantastic expecting mum event in Haslemere to celebrate you & bump and meet like minded women going through the same things as you & be able to talk about those joint pains, ridiculous amount of toilet trips in the night, all the kicks & everything in-between during pregnancy! Whether you a first time mum or this is a 2nd, 3rd, 4th child etc, this event is for you, to empower you and your amazing body! This coffee club will be at the Baby steps studio in Haslmere, its absolutely beautiful and very zen being in the Bramshott Chase woods. Katherine will also being doing a little talk to cover all of her amazing skills but mostly the importance of relaxation & baby massage. Katherine is also a paediatric nurse as well as having years of being a health visitor under her belt too! She will be on hand too with teas & coffees... and of course some biscuits too! We also will have Anna from Bump Haus doing a mini taster pre natal pilates session. Anna has created a fantastic online platform for pre and post natal fitness as well as doing in person classes in the local area! I am so excited to have her on board for this event. & finally we also will have Fiona from Hypnatal birthing coming along to do a short talk on why planning for your birth is so important , your incredible birth hormones and the role they play during labour and some of her top tips for a (hopefully) shorter and more comfortable birth! Fiona is a birth educator and hypnobirthing instructor tor based in Hampshire and does a variety of courses for parents to be to help them feel more comfortable and secure about their birth & decisions around that including lots of fantastic tools and techniques to make labour enjoyable!
