Event details

Join us at our Spring Edition Fitness Club Mum & Baby Yoga session!! We had lots of requests to hold another one after the sold out back in March. This is a special event and there will be limited spaces available.

Your £22 ticket will include: 

-A 45 minutes Yoga session with Lauren from The Little Yoga Co 

- A relaxing head massage included at the end of the session (optional) 

-x1 hot drink & x1 cold drink 

-x1 delicious snack 

- A small play area to keep the mini yogis entertained including toys from Lovevery and play mat from Gus and Beau 

-A chance to connect with other local mums and focus on you! 



Please carry a yoga mat with you as only few are available. If you will need one please email us and we will arrange.

A photographer will be taking photos of the event, including attendees & children (Do let us know if you would prefer not to be in them at the beginning of event!). Photographs may be used for promotional purposes 



**It is advised to use car seats where possible to ensure extra space for the yoga mats and parking is available at the venue**
