Join us for our Fitness Club with the wonderful Louise of @BodyGlowPilates and @HurrahParties. Experience a beautiful mum and baby yoga class followed by a gorgeous brunch.

Join us at Oakley Fitness for a morning of mum and baby Pilates. We will carefully work to develop your core, regain your strength, improve posture and muscle tone. Bring your baby, no need to worry about childcare or about trying to fit 'you' time into your baby's busy and demanding schedule, however if you would prefer to come along without your bubba that’s fine too.

We welcome babies between 6 weeks old and active crawling, and their carers to join us for this class. Please ensure you have had sign off from your GP that you are safe to exercise.

The first hour will be filled with Pilates led by Louise, followed by a tasty brunch. Immerse yourself in the company of incredible, like-minded women who share the joys of motherhood on a wonderful set up from the amazing team at @HurrahParties

Your ticket includes:
-A one hour mum and baby Pilates class led by @BodyGlowPilates
-A yummy brunch, all served on a luxury set up provided by @HurrahParties
-The opportunity to connect with fantastic, local mum friends.

There are car parks within 2 minutes of the venue and there is step free access into our studio.
We will have a talented photographer capturing candid moments throughout the morning. If you prefer not to be photographed, kindly inform them at the beginning of the event. Please note that images may be used for promotional purposes.
