Come & join TMC Waverley for a Mum & Baby Yoga class at the beautiful Garden Gallery in Farnham. Enjoy all The Mum Club benefits - meet like minded mums, enjoy a hot coffee, pastry, and time for you...with the added benefit of some moving & stretching! Sounds ideal.

We are teaming up with the oh-so wonderful Laura from Yo Farnham, who will be leading a brilliant 45 minute yoga session for you AND your baby. Mums, allow yourself to reconnect with your body following pregnancy and birth, focusing on rebuilding core strength, toning the body and stretching. For the mini yogies this will be fun and interactive, with songs and movement to support your baby’s development.

Laura is a passionate pre & postnatal yoga teacher with an amazing studio in the heart of Farnham, Paediatric nurse & mumma to 4 (yes, 4!!) gorgeous babes! I am SO excited to have her join our session.

Your ticket will include:
- 45 minute Yoga session with Laura from Yo-Farnham
- A hot drink
- Selection of pastries
- A TMC tote
- A small play area to keep the mini yogis entertained including toys from Lovevery
- A chance to connect with other local mums and focus on you! 



Spaces are very limited!! It's recommended you are at least 6 weeks postpartum to join this class & ideal for pre crawlers.

A photographer will be taking photos of the event. Do let me know if you would prefer not to be in them! Photos may be used for promotional purposes.
