It’s almost time for our TMC Waverley Coffee Club - The Pelvic Health Edit.

We will be heading to Jack & Alice in Farnham where we will be joined by the amazing Ali (@thepelvicphysiofarnham) who will be discussing all things Pelvic Health & Mummy MOTs!

Join us for a super informative but light-hearted session looking at how to re-connect with your pelvic floor following pregnancy and birth. Addressing potential issues (Hint - leaking is common but not considered normal!) and looking at how to get back to exercise and impact activities.

Ali is a specialist pelvic health physiotherapist with extensive experience both in the NHS and private sector and mother to 2 young children. In the NHS, Ali is the Team Lead pelvic health physiotherapist at Frimley Park Hospital. Ali has also trained with the ‘Mummy MOT\\\\\\\' and provides postnatal checks in the comfort of her client’s own homes.

This is the perfect opportunity to meet local like-minded mums, enjoy your coffees and delicious cake and most importantly get the opportunity to discuss all things Pelvic Health with Ali.

Come with bump, baby or toddler - with friends or alone. Everyone is welcome!

**Please note we will be taking over the top floor of Jack and Alice so there are stairs. There is limited room for pushchairs. If possible, please bring your baby in car seats / slings if possible.
