Welcome to TMC Stratford Upon Avon meets BOUNCE fitness!

We are super excited to be bringing this event to TMC and can't wait for you all to join us!

BOUNCE is a resistance based fitness class, high energy, choreographed with lots of cardio and toning! The workout takes place on the mini trampolines and you are in control so can workout at the intensity level that works for you! All whilst listening to some amazing music and having fun with your mum mates!

The evening will comprise of a 45 minute session with 15 minute cool down followed by a delicious grazing platter and a glass of fizz! (or non alcoholic alternative!) This event is strictly for mums only so call the babysitter and let's laugh the night away!

What is included in your ticket price:
- 1 hour class
- Grazing platter
- 1 x glass of Prosecco plus soft drinks
- A professional photographer on hand to capture the fun
- A delicious baked treat to take home with you from a fabulous local baker
- The opportunity to meet likeminded, local mums for a fabulous evening of fun!

PLEASE NOTE: If you have recently given birth you must have been signed off by your Doctor before attending. If you gave birth via C-section you must wait a minimum of 12 weeks before participating. This activity is not suitable if you are currently trying to conceive. If you are unsure at all please speak to a medical professional.
