It’s Coffee Club ‘The Pelvic Health’ Edit. I’m delighted to welcome Caroline from Pelvic & Core Physiotherapy as our special guest for January’s Coffee Club. A bit about Caroline: “Caroline is an expert pelvic health physiotherapist with nearly two decades of experience in this area. Graduating with First-Class Honors in Physiotherapy from Salford University in 2005, Caroline’s expertise spans from NHS to private practice, treating pelvic and core issues for people of all backgrounds. She is a certified Mummy MOT practitioner and teaches the C-Section and perineal trauma course, for Restore Scar Therapy, internationally. Caroline is passionate about lifelong learning and provides her clients with cutting-edge techniques. She was the first clinician to bring MAPLe, pelvic floor assessment and treatment, to Scotland.” Caroline will be discussing postpartum health & answering all of your questions.
