Join us for The Mum Club Elmbridge Coffee Club. This month we will be heading to the Prince Of Wales in Esher. Whether you arrive with a baby bump, a little one in tow, or even flying solo, we guarantee a warm welcome for everyone. Sip your your choice of hot beverages, eat delicious sweet treats and immerse yourself in the company of incredible, like-minded women who share the joys of motherhood. We will be joined by the brilliant Emma from Emma Martin Mindfulness. Emma will share the magic of mindfulness with all ages and stages of life and will be on hand to talk through maternal mental health, self care ideas and how to use mindfulness to support our children's emotions too! Grab a few moments of zen, and learn how it's possible to take a mindful moment even whilst changing a nappy or navigating the never ending snack demands!
