Join us for our first regular Coffee Club event at Hesco Lounge in Roundhay! I’m delighted to welcome Michele from Hug and Snug sleep consulting as our special guest for January’s Coffee Club. Michele will be sharing her knowledge as a certified child sleep consultant and offering reassurance as to what is normal for newborn sleep and for older babies, provide practical tips for managing night wakings, early risings, bedtime struggles, and any other sleep questions we may have. She offers 1:1 packages for families seeking tailored support, as well as a newborn information session for expectant parents. With an additional sleep specialism in Autism and Anxiety, Michele brings a wealth of expertise to help families navigate sleep challenges.

The price of your ticket also includes:

- A small play area to keep the mini attendees entertained.
- An opportunity to meet wonderful, friendly new mum friends. Come with bump, baby or toddler, with friends or alone - everyone is welcome!

There is free parking directly outside and all along Street Lane.
