Hosting at the beautiful \\\'The Boot\\\' pub in Freston, come join us for a delightful coffee club morning; two hours dedicated to YOU and to building new friendships and gaining new knowledge from our amazing guest speakers. Immerse yourself in a relaxed atmosphere filled with delicious hot drinks, pastries or cakes, and meaningful conversations with other like minded mums. I’m thrilled to welcome Kerry from \\\'The Sleep Nanny\\\' as our guest speaker. With over 15 years experience in working and supporting families in early years, Kerry is here to share her wisdom on the emotional and physical impact lack of sleep has on children and a family as a whole, and how to empower us to resolve the sleepless nights and turn them into blissful dreams! Everyone deserves sleep, but especially us mums and our little ones! Kerry will offer invaluable tips, so we can start practising them tout-de-suite! This is a fantastic opportunity to hear from a sleep expert and have any questions answered.
