Super excited to host Fitness Club at the gorgeous Avalon Pilates. As we have the whole studio to ourselves, we will be hosting two classes at the same time, Reformer Pilates and Mat Pilates. Both classes have limited spaces so be sure to be quick when booking the class you’d like to join.

You can bring your baby as long as they are not crawling :)

Your ticket includes:
- A fantastic Reformer Pilates class
- A juice and sweet treat
- A chance to meet like-minded mums!

You will need grippy socks and if you don’t have any you can purchase on the morning.
