Join us at The Mill House in Stewarton for another popular Expectant Mum Coffee Club! We are delighted to be offering this event again bringing you some of the best pregnancy, birth and beyond experts out area has to offer!

-We have the amazing Lyndsey McGillivary, registered midwife and owner of born this way hypnobirthing. Lyndsey has supported families in the pregnancy journeys and birth experiences as a doula. She brings a wealth of clinical knowledge and will be available for you to speak to at our event.
-Claire from Mini First Aid Ayrshire will be joining us and available to chat to you about what to expect from her valuable baby and child first aid classes. Claire is a fantastic person to speak to about the common concerns we all have as parents providing expert advice and that much needed confidence and reassurance! -We also have Kay, from Ayr Body Sculpt who offers treatment for women who want to strengthen their pelvic floor or who experience urinary incontinence. She has worked with lots of women and mums in particular to address this still taboo subject and is passion about raising awareness and normalising this issue.
