Join us for The Mum Club Reading's first ever Fitness Club!

 We’re so excited to have teamed up with Core Connexion's Pilates studio, based in the heart of Reading for a Postnatal Pilates session where pre-crawling/rolling babies are welcome to join! This class is ideal for people who want to restore strength and movement to their body. Their fully trained teacher will enable you to explore proper body mechanics and help ease any discomforts you might be feeling, and allow you to feel the benefits of the restorative and strengthening practise of reformer Pilates. Choose to either join class on your own or bring along your baby. However, please note that due to the design of the studio, they cannot accept babies who are at the crawling or rolling stage. Pre crawling/rolling babies are absolutely welcome but will need to be in a car seat/floor mat for the duration of the class (babes in arms). This is for health and safety reasons as there can be a lot of moving parts to the Reformer. We will then head next door to Carluccio's to continue the fun where you'll have the opportunity to chat and connect with the other fabulous mums in the class!



Your ticket will include: 

- A 45 minute postnatal Reformer Pilates led by a specialist instructor 

- A hot drink
- A sweet treat

- A chance to connect with other likeminded women while also working out

Timings:
11.30am - class starts
12.15pm - class finishes 

12.15 onwards - coffee and chat at Carluccio's

T's and C's;
•All classes will be aimed at post-natal appropriate exercises. Those who join must be signed off by their doctor or midwife to exercise, and not have any conditions which could be exacerbated by exercise (Pelvic Girdle Pain, severe Diastasis Recti etc). Not suitable for pregnancy.
• This is only suitable for non-mobile, non-rolling babies
• Please wear clothes that you are able to move freely in. 

• You will need to wear grippy socks during class - please bring or purchase on the day
• Please bring a water bottle with you. 


• No previous experience of reformer is needed. 



A photographer will be around (as well us) to snap pictures and film some video snippets, if you would prefer your picture not to be taken, please just let me know at the start of the event. Images may be used for promotional purposes. 



All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
