TMC Glasgow Fitness Club is here! Join us for a fantastic workout that your baby can come along to as well. Hosted by the wonderful team at SPACE - Wellness & Movement in the West End. The 45 mins class is focussed on bodyweight & resistance exercises with the SPACE coaches on hand to help build form. Now this wouldn\'t be a Mum Club event without time for a good chat! After the class, we will have time to relax, chat and enjoy a little treat. 11 am - Meet & get ready for the class 11.15 am - Class starts 12 pm - Mum chats & connections 1 pm - Event finishes Tickets are £19.00 and include: - 45 Mins small group class guided by coaches - A post workout juice & pastry - An opportunity to connect with other mums - A small play space for the little ones Here are few details you need to know before you attend the class: • Please ensure you are at least 6 weeks postpartum and fit to exercise. Preferably with sign off from your GP or physician. • Please wear clothes that you are able to move freely in. • Please bring a water bottle with you for re-fills • No previous experience needed Parking - There is some limited parking at the venue, otherwise it will be on street parking nearby. Prams - There is a staircase from the entrance down into the gym therefore if you are able to leave the pram behind that would be easiest. However, if you need to bring one, a member of staff will be be able to assist with carrying it down the stairs. We may have a photographer capturing the morning, if you would prefer your picture not to be taken, please just let us know when booking. Images may be used for promotional purposes. Please note that all tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
