Introducing TMC Rushcliffe’s next Coffee Club in a series of events designed to focus on YOU!

I’m absolutely delighted to welcome Ellen Chambers; a change specialist working with people who are experiencing major transitions in their lives. Because what transition is bigger than becoming a Mum?! The journey into motherhood (matrescence) touches every aspect of our lives, from our bodies to our careers.

One thing is for sure - Mums are amazing! Come and discover what this huge life transition can gift you (aside from a beautiful baby!). Leave with elevated confidence, a deeper understanding of transitions, and psychological tools to help navigate your new chapter, and beyond.

Your ticket will include:
- two hot drinks
- shared platters of a selection of pastries and cakes
- an engaging and interactive talk by Ellen of Elevate with Ellen (@elevatewithellen)
- a small play area to keep the little ones entertained, with a Gus & Beau play mat and toys by Lovevery
- the opportunity to meet some brilliant like-minded Mums.

Parking is available at the venue, with additional parking on Wilford Road.

A photographer will be there to capture candid moments throughout the event. If you would prefer not to be photographed, please let us know at the start of the event.
