TMC Reigate & Banstead are so please to host our first Coffee Club of 2025! Come join us for a delightful coffee club morning; spend some time dedicated to YOU! Immerse yourself in a relaxed atmosphere and spend your morning drinking delicious hot drinks, building new friendships and gaining new knowledge from our amazing guest speaker at the wonderful Bru & Bear in Reigate. I’m thrilled to welcome Georgie, mum of 2 and owner of Aurora Sleep Consultancy as our guest speaker here to tell you all about improving your baby's sleep and answering your questions. She will be sharing her expert knowledge on baby and toddler sleep, helping you navigate those challenging nights with practical, compassionate advice. As a mum herself, she truly understands the struggles parents face and is here to offer tips to get your little ones sleeping soundly We all know one of the biggest challenges of motherhood can be sleep, a good night or bad night can impact your day, physical and mental wellbeing dramatically and so Georgie will offer invaluable tips and hopefully help because we’re all in it together! This is a fantastic opportunity to hear from a sleep expert and have any questions answered.
