I’m so excited to invite you to The Mum Club Stirling Coffee Club - The Sleep Edit, held at the wonderful The Red Herring in Bridge of Allan. We will be joined by Shona from Twinkle Twinkle Sleeping Star, a certified infant sleep coach, who will be sharing expert advice on baby and toddler sleep. Whether you’re navigating night wakings, early risers, or just want to set up healthy sleep habits, this session is for you! There will be plenty of time for a Q&A, so bring all your questions. We’ll have plenty of time to relax with a hot drink, a delicious treat, and to chat with like-minded mums because motherhood is easier when you have support (and coffee!).
