Join us for a Mum & Baby Yoga class with Breathwork, followed by an insightful talk with a Guest Speaker on the importance of self-care and nervous system regulation for mums, hosted at local Wellness Centre, 50 Hill Rise, Richmond. The session begins with a gentle, postnatal-friendly Mum & Baby Yoga class, led by Cassie Awan—TMC host and certified yoga instructor. This class is designed to help you stretch, breathe, and reconnect with your body, while nurturing the bond with your baby and focusing on your well-being. Cassie’s compassionate approach provides a safe and welcoming environment, allowing you to enjoy yoga at your own pace. Following the yoga class, we will guide you through a soothing breathwork and meditation session to help regulate your nervous system, restore inner peace, and recharge as mums. This session will be led by Becki Rabin—mindset coach, RTT therapist, breathwork and meditation teacher, author of You are Powerful, and the founder of @mamma.breathe, the first-ever app dedicated to practical and effective breathwork and meditation for mums. After the class, relax in the café with your choice of coffee or herbal teas and a delicious treat, and connect with other local mums in a friendly, supportive atmosphere. Becki will talk to the group and share valuable insights on the importance of prioritising your nervous system and will be available to answer any questions you have about postpartum mental health, self-care, confidence, and more. Date: 7th May Class time: 11:00am – 12:00pm Refreshments & Guest Speaker: 12:00pm -12:30pm Location: 50 Hill Rise, Richmond Ticket Includes: Yoga and Breathwork session A hot drink and a tasty treat to enjoy after class (choose from a vegan brownie, energy ball, or pastry) Listen to an informative talk Important Info: - This event is best suited for pre-crawling babies. - If you have an active toddler or an older child no worries! You can attend class without your baby. - No prior yoga experience is needed - You must be at least 6 weeks postpartum (8 weeks after a C-section) and cleared to exercise. - A photographer will be capturing moments throughout the event. If you prefer not to be photographed, just let us know at the start. - All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
