Our first coffee club morning is here and I couldn’t think of better places to start than SLEEP and FIRST AID! Two extremely important topics for both your wellbeing and that of your little one!

This will be hosted at the beautiful venue of Eat’n’Mess - if you haven’t already been the you are in for a real treat!!

Your ticket will include: 

- The time to meet with some other local, friendly mums!


- 2 drinks and a delicious treat
- A small play area to keep your little ones entertained

- The chance to gain some great knowledge from both a Child Sleep Specialist as well as a Baby First Aid specialist and get involved in a Q&A.

I’m so pleased to welcome Gemma from @childsleepspecialist as well as a First aid specialist from Daisy First Aid.
With their knowledge and experience from supporting many families in their early years, they are able to provide you with help and tips for any concerns or questions that you may have.

Please note: The venue will not be able to accommodate prams inside but has a car park directly outside so please feel free to bring along carriers etc!

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

It is never too early to have a good foundation knowledge of First Aid and Sleep so please do come along if you’re expecting too!
