Designed specifically for new Mums, this gentle yet effective Reformer Pilates class focuses on rebuilding core strength, improving posture, and relieving tension in the body. With an emphasis on pelvic floor activation, abdominal recovery and overall stability, each session supports your postpartum journey in a safe, controlled environment. Whether you're easing back into movement or looking to regain strength, this class offers tailored modifications to suit your needs. Reconnect with your body, boost your energy and enjoy a mindful workout that helps you feel strong and supported. Suitable for Mums from six weeks post-natal. The class will be followed by a talk from Suzie Crabtree, who is a highly experienced Nutritional Therapist. She has an infectious enthusiasm for nutrition and provides her guidance and advice with empathy. In this talk, she will focus her advice on providing Mums with the best tools to create a nutritional and balanced diet for themselves. Suzie empowers clients to make sustainable changes that nourish the body and mind. Join us to gain valuable insights and practical advice to help you feel energised and ready to face the day. A few details: - Please ensure you are at least 6 weeks postpartum to be able to participate in exercise. - Please wear something you are comfortable to exercise in - Either wear grip socks or bare feet - Please bring a water bottle with you - Pre-mobile babies are welcome to join and lie beside you during the Reformer Pilates class Please note tickets are non-refundable.
